Bavaria C42 sailing yacht charter from Athens — Aeolus

Aeolus is a Bavaria C42 launched in 2022, the newest yacht in our fleet, and she is based at Alimos Marina in Athens.

She has three cabins and two bathrooms, sleeping up to eight, and the C42's full-bodied modern hull gives her generous room below for a 12.4-metre boat.

Her self-tacking jib and furling mainsail mean a couple can sail her without anyone working hard on the winches. A 57 HP engine, a bow thruster, an electric windlass, an autopilot and a chartplotter at the helm make her easy to handle in harbour and on longer passages.

The air conditioning runs on shore power, so it cools the cabins in the marina rather than at anchor; out at anchor, solar panels help keep the batteries topped up. Automatic life jackets, a sprayhood, a bimini and cockpit speakers complete the kit.

She suits couples, families and small groups who want a recent boat that is easy to sail, whether the crew is experienced or adds a skipper from the extras. A hostess, a SUP and a kayak are available too.
