Lagoon 400 S2 catamaran charter from Athens — Doris

Doris is a 2020 Lagoon 400 S2 catamaran based at Alimos Marina, Athens, and equipped for a week spent mostly at anchor.

Six cabins, four doubles and two singles, share four bathrooms and sleep ten, and the boat also lists a skipper's cabin with its own WC. The saloon opens onto the cockpit on one level, the 7-metre beam gives wide, steady decks, and a draught of 1.2 metres lets her anchor close to the beach.

With a generator, air conditioning and a water maker, neither a hot night nor running low on water is a reason to head for a marina, and the tender with outboard engine takes you ashore to the taverna or the beach. A smart TV, cockpit speakers and a teak cockpit make the evenings aboard easy.

Sailing her is simple: a full-batten mainsail, furling genoa, electric windlass, autopilot and GPS plotter, with solar panels to help the batteries.
